All rates include VAT and are charged per overnight stay.
To ensure every guest arrives to a pristine environment, we operate on a structured schedule:
Check-in: From 4:00 PM on your day of arrival. Check-out: By 10:00 AM on your day of departure.
Minimum Stay Requirements 2026 Season:
- High season (June 27 – August 31): minimum stay of 5 nights.
- Other periods: minimum stay of 3 nights.

The price per cottage includes accommodation for up to 5 guests (infants under 12 months stay free of charge). Electricity consumption is already included in the price. For stays of two weeks or longer, we provide a complimentary bed linen change after each full week.
Your stay also includes one parking space within our fenced and monitored grounds.
Please note that a final cleaning fee of 250 PLN will be added to the total cost of your stay. Additionally, a local tourist tax is applicable according to municipal rates. We act solely as a collection agent for this tax on behalf of the Darłowo Municipal Office, as required by local regulations.

Important Booking Information
We provide baby cots and high chairs free of charge. As availability is limited, please confirm your requirements with us prior to your arrival to ensure they are reserved for you.
While you are free to select your preferred cottage during the booking process, please note that we reserve the right to assign an alternative cottage of the same standard under exceptional circumstances.
A refundable deposit of 300 PLN is collected upon arrival. This will be returned in full on your departure day, provided no damages have occurred.
To secure your reservation, a 30% down payment is required within 2 business days of booking. The remaining balance must be settled either in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in.
